01. SOLAS & MED Approved

All our liferafts meet or exceed the latest SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) , IMO (International Maritime Organization) , and MED (Marine Equipment Directive) requirements. They are approved by major classification societies including USCG, CCS, BV, ABS, and DNV.

02. Robust Construction

● Buoyancy Chamber: Made from high-quality, UV-resistant, and anti-oil neoprene or polyurethane-coated fabric, ensuring durability in extreme temperatures (-30°C to +65°C).

● Double Tube Construction: Most models feature a double buoyancy tube system, providing redundancy-if one chamber fails, the raft remains fully operational.

● Corrosion-Resistant Hardware: All metal components are manufactured from marine-grade stainless steel or aluminum to prevent rust and ensure longevity..

03. Rapid Deployment System

Equipped with a hydrostatic release unit (HRU) and a float-free arrangement, the liferaft automatically activates and inflates upon immersion. Manual release systems are also available for onboard safety stations. The inflation time is typically under 60 seconds from activation.

04. Integrated Survival Equipment

Each liferaft is packed with a comprehensive Survival Pack (Standard or Offshore), which includes:

● Insulated floor (thermal protection)
● First aid kit
● Emergency rations and drinking water
● Rescue signals (parachute rockets, hand flares, smoke signals)
● Fishing kit
● Bailer, sponge, and repair clamps.

05. Visibility & Safety

High-visibility orange canopy with reflective tape ensures easy spotting by rescue teams. The canopy includes a viewing port and rain catchment system to collect fresh water.
