Immersion Suit (Survival Suit)

Our Immersion Suit,also known as a Survival Suit or Anti-Exposure Suit,is designed to provide total thermal protection for crew and passengers in harsh marine environments.Engineered for emergency abandonment scenarios,it acts as a waterproof barrier against hypothermia,ensuring survival in cold water conditions where body heat loss is critical.

Material

Manufactured from high-quality,flame-retardant nylon or CR(Chloroprene Rubber)fabric,providing durability,flexibility,and resistance to oil,seawater,and UV degradation.

Thermal Protection

Designed to reduce body heat loss to less than 2°C(35.6°F)over a 6-hour period in calm water temperatures of 0°C to 2°C(32°F to 35.6°F).

Buoyancy

Integrated inherent buoyancy(typically 7.5 kg to 10 kg)eliminates the need for a separate life jacket,keeping the wearer afloat with a freeboard of at least 10 cm.

Donning Time

Can be donned in less than 2 minutes under non-emergency conditions.

Visibility&Safety

Fitted with SOLAS-grade retro-reflective tape on key areas(hood,shoulders,knees)for high visibility in low-light conditions.Includes a high-intensity waterproof strobe light and a rescue whistle.
